Do I need to have Microsoft 365 already?
Not necessarily. While we specialise in Microsoft Power Platform, we can help you evaluate whether it is the right fit for your business, or recommend alternatives if they better suit your needs. Most UK SMEs already have Microsoft 365 and do not realise what is included.
What is the minimum project size?
Our smallest engagements start around £2,000 ex VAT. We find this is the minimum needed to deliver meaningful, production-ready automation that provides genuine value.
How long do projects typically take?
Most projects complete in 4-12 weeks, depending on complexity. Simple automations can be delivered in 2-4 weeks, while larger transformation projects may take 12-16 weeks. We will provide a realistic timeline during our discovery call.
Do you offer ongoing support?
Yes. Every project includes 30-90 days of post-launch support depending on project size. For ongoing needs, we offer monthly retainer and managed service options starting from £400/month.
What if automation is not right for my business?
We will tell you honestly. During our free assessment, if we do not think automation will provide meaningful ROI for your situation, we will say so. We would rather have an honest conversation than sell you something you do not need.
