Payment Terms
Project Payments
30% deposit to begin, 40% at mid-project milestone, 30% on completion. For larger projects (£15,000+), we can arrange additional milestone-based payments.
Retainer & Managed Service
Monthly in advance via Direct Debit or bank transfer. Cancel with 30 days written notice - no long-term lock-in.
Payment Methods
Bank transfer (BACS), Direct Debit (GoCardless), or card payment (Stripe). All major cards accepted.
VAT
All prices shown exclude VAT. VAT will be added at the prevailing rate (currently 20%) where applicable.
Discounts Available
Annual Retainer Commitment
Commit to 12 months of retainer services and receive one month free (equivalent to 8% discount).
Non-Profit & Social Enterprise
Registered charities and social enterprises receive 15% discount on all services.

How long does a typical project take?
Most projects take 4-8 weeks from kickoff to go-live. Simpler automations can be completed in 2-3 weeks, while more complex transformations may take 12+ weeks. We will give you a realistic timeline during our discovery call.
What if my needs do not fit a package?
The packages are starting points, not rigid structures. Every business is different, and we tailor our approach to your specific requirements. We will provide a custom quote based on your actual needs.
Do I need technical knowledge?
Not at all. You understand your business processes. We handle the technical implementation. We explain everything in plain English and include training so your team can use and maintain the solutions confidently.
What happens after the project is complete?
Every project includes 30-90 days of post-launch support depending on tier. After that, you can continue independently, engage us on an ad-hoc basis, or set up a retainer for ongoing development and optimisation.
Can I start small and scale up?
Absolutely. We often recommend this approach. Start with a single workflow to prove the value, then expand to more processes. Many clients begin with a £3,000-5,000 project and grow from there.
