Systems Integration for Microsoft 365 SMEs
Connect Microsoft 365 with CRM, finance, HR, operations, and reporting tools.
The Fabrik helps Manchester and UK SMEs connect Microsoft 365 with the CRM, finance, HR and operational systems that currently force people to copy data between tools. We begin with data ownership, source-of-truth decisions, available interfaces and failure points before choosing an integration route. This page does not promise a connector, API access or replacement of existing systems. Current projects are shown from £4,000 ex VAT; compatibility and scope are confirmed at discovery.
What This Fixes
Duplicate Entry
Orders, customers, invoices, or cases are typed into more than one system.
Data Drift
Different tools disagree, so teams waste time checking which version is right.
Invisible Failures
Automations exist, but nobody knows when they fail or what to do next.
How do we know which system should be the source of truth?
Decide it per data domain with the process owner; the integration should then make ownership and update direction explicit. Customer records, invoices and job data often have different natural homes, and problems usually start when two systems both believe they are in charge. We map who creates each record, who updates it and where conflicts occur before recommending a direction of flow.
How will we know when an integration fails?
A production design should define alerts, ownership and a documented response path before launch. That means error handling, notifications to a named owner, and a runbook describing what to check and retry, so a failure is a known event rather than a silent gap in your data. Where the underlying need is automating a single workflow rather than moving data between systems, Power Automate consultancy is usually the better starting point.
What We Build
- Integration map and source-of-truth design.
- Power Automate, Logic Apps, API, or connector-based integration depending on the use case.
- Data mapping, validation, and transformation.
- Error handling, alerts, and support runbooks.
- Test plans and post-launch monitoring approach.
What Changes
- Less manual copying between business systems.
- Cleaner data and fewer avoidable errors.
- Clear ownership for each data flow.
- Integrations your team can monitor instead of blindly trusting.
Trusted with complex, time-sensitive work
Darren was fantastic. He was so easy to work with, always finding a path through tricky issues. He consistently made technical matters feel accessible. Darren delivered a complex and multi-layered project to a very tight time frame. He has supported really important developments for our organisation, and we are very grateful for his work, expertise and great approach.

How It Works
Map the Data
We identify source systems, destinations, ownership, data quality issues, and failure points.
Build the Integration
We choose the simplest reliable integration route and build with monitoring from day one.
Prove It Works
We test normal and exception cases, document support steps, and hand over the operating model.
Useful Answers Before We Talk
Can Power Automate integrate with Xero, Sage, or HubSpot?
Often, yes, but the right approach depends on available connectors, API limits, data shape, licensing, and the reliability you need.
What if there is no connector?
We can look at APIs, exports, secure file-based patterns, Azure Functions, Logic Apps, or alternative workflows. If the platform is too closed, we will say so.
Will this replace our systems?
Usually not. The goal is to make your existing systems talk to each other before recommending another product.
